Terms and Conditions

Upon booking you will need:

  • Date and time of arrival and departure
  • Number of people in your group
  • Type of rooms you require
  • One nights non refundable deposit per week booked.

In the event of cancellation we require a minimum of 1 weeks notice, and the deposit is payable. We reserve the right to charge the full amount if the room cannon be sold for subsequent nights.

Your room will be ready by 12:00 Midday on your day of arrival.

Checkout time on your day of departure is 10:30am.

Kensington Guest House has a policy of NO pets.

The Kensington Guest House accepts payment using Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Delta and Switch. Alternatively we can accept a cheque by post before your arrival.
